Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

As Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth in the region and implementing the sales strategy in acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s MarTech business. An opportunity to have real influence and recognition within an innovative, dynamic, and ambitious company. Epsilon is looking for a sales leader with the experience, creativity, passion and strategic vision to help with our ambitious growth plans.

You will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Own and drive top line revenue growth for Epsilon’s MarTech business.
• Strategic & consultative sales planning.
• Lead conversations with CMOs/CIOs of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Strong understanding of both Epsilon’s MarTech and AdTech offerings.
• Orchestrate work between the Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to ensure high quality service.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, via exhibitions, promotional events and social media
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Track, Coordinate, Update and Manage individual project progresses
• Upkeep project related databases for accessibility according to guidelines
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Requirements

• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ensure prompt payments from clients
• Liaise directly with clients in order to understand the client’s objectives and needs
• Create and propose best designs, layouts, and solutions for various projects
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to address client’s needs
• Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced
• Prepare presentations (2D, moodboards) for clients
• Propose quotation for clients based on proposed design and layout
• Responsible for the supervision of work progress to ensure project is followed and completed within the timeline
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
