Job Scope:

Reception:

Handle telephone calls.

Manage the counter – attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries.

Attend to goods delivery on behalf of staff.

General Admin:

Assist in managing the sick bay by attending to unwell and injuredstudents.

Attend to students leaving school early.

Handle lost and found money and items.

Assist in admin duties such as data entry, faxing etc.

Packing and dissemination of brochures, forms and information booklets.

To maintain tidiness of the reception area and sick bay.

Any other duties assigned when required.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Minimally have GCE ‘O’ level certification or the equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations).

Should preferably have a valid First Aid with Cardio-Pulmonary

Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification as of ITQ closing date. All overseas first-aid license shall be validated by the National Resuscitation and First Aid Council. Applicants shall complete the validation on their own and submit the approval when they bid for jobs in schools.

Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in reception work and/or general admin.

Must have the knowledge and ability in using basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin due to the school being a Special Assistance Plan (SAP) school.

Should preferably have prior relevant experience working in Primary schools.

Skills:

Good communication and inter-personal skills.

Ability to work independently.

High level of initiative and is a good team player.

Contract Period: From 1 Jul 2024 to 30 Jun 2025 (exclude Dec 2024 & Jun 2025)

Location: Bartley Road

Salary: $2400/month

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays.

Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for the sales of Biosensors and 3rd party products in the territory. He/she is directly responsible for achieving the sales revenue, independently plan and organize weekly/daily schedule to call on existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts. Covering CVL case as needed and be on team monthly roster for oncall support. Actively involved in consignment stock management in his/her responsible hospitals to ensure a healthy inventory with minimal stock write off. Gather and monitor market and competitor’s information for reporting to the management. He/she should establish strong relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Purchasing Officers to pursue key accounts and conduct business discussion. He/she should also ensure businesses are conducted in a fair, ethical manner with compliance to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales revenue of a given territory
• Planning and organizing weekly / daily schedule to call on existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new or potential accounts
• Covering CVL case as needed of given territory and be on team monthly roster for oncall support for country wide
• Performs product presentations / in services, product evaluations to existing and new or potential accounts
• Submits orders promptly with accurate billing information and in accordance to price guide
• Prepares quotation / tender documents
• Maintains a healthy inventory by establishing correct consignment stock level, perform stock rotation to minimize stock write off and removal of expired stock promptly from the shelf
• Ensures all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Presents sales reviews including market share analysis, sales forecast and territory management
• Develops strong KOL relationship and identification of young upcoming doctors for business continuity
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotion, etc. Provide such market information promptly to the marketing team
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Assist the marketing team in the organization of sales and marketing activities (e.g. workshop, exhibition booth)
• Assist the R&D team and clinical team in the development of new products with KOL, product/clinical trials and registries
• Assists in the development of less experienced sales reps to extend skills and expertise of individual
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirement

• Degree in Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Nursing or related discipline
• 3 - 5 years of successful direct sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical company
• Prior experience in Cardiac Technology, particularly in IVUS or Cathlab, would be advantageous
• Demonstrates ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly and disseminate appropriately to healthcare professionals
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Independent, high energy level, ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed
• Possess own car and have valid licence

Responsibilities

[Marketing]

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team
• Manage and maintain the marketing database
• Assist in the adaptation of simple artwork, including packaging, web banners, and EDMs
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Be available to assist with marketing-related events outside of work hours when necessary (rare occurrence)
• Stay up-to-date with innovations and updates on social media platforms, and research popular content ideas

[Graphics Design]

• Creation of graphic illustrations for print media, organisation's website and new social media posts
• Assist with the start-to-end ideation, design and adaptation of creative assets and content for existing/new campaigns, social media/web projects
• Help to audit, align or create design assets and any outstanding banner or illustration and other format requirements to the new visual identity post brand refresh efforts
• Keeping abreast of current trends in content creation for graphic designs and animation for social media
• Brainstorm and conceptualise creative ideas with the team

Job Description

1. Handle the daily/periodic/adhoc control functions and reporting requirements related to compliance function not limited to AML/CFT, data protection, complaint and training matters.

2. Review client instruction to update non-financial related information or to request for additional services.

3. Assess/verify the on-boarding and on-going annual review of counterparties/service providers submitted by PB Product team to ensure that due diligence and risk assessment are performed in accordance to the framework.

4. Facilitate the review of 3rd party's contract/agreement with the bank's Legal department.

5. Facilitate internal training and external training arrangement with the bank's Human Resources Department.

6. Perform the on-boarding due diligence and on-going KYC review of PB clients in accordance to the framework.

7 Attend to requests or queries from PB front office, Legal and Compliance Department, Internal Auditors and External Auditors on business compliance related matters.

8.Maintain up to date PB procedures, forms and templates related to business compliance functions.

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years relevant experience in AML/KYC compliance functions in Private banking or wealth management industry;

2. Familiar with local and international regulations related to compliance functions (e.g. MAS Notice 626, CRS, PDPA, PB Code of Conduct and MAS Guidelines on PB Controls)

3. Experience in review of counterparties and have knowledge of PB Investment Suitability framework is good to have.
