• Drive business development strategies and explore new business opportunities
• Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion
• Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in terms of revenue and sales margins
• Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms
• Analyse market conditions, review customer information

skills & experience required

• Master / Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (in power engineering)
• Min 10 years of commercial experience with power generators / transformer (LV/MV)
• Experience in contract service & maintenance sales for power transformer / generators
• Proven sales records in the power generation sector
• Proficiency in conducting presentations and training sessions
• Possess own driving vehicle / driving license
• Willing to work at the west of Singapore (Nearest MRT :Tuas Crescent / Gul Circle)

Job description

• Develops transport solutions and delivers a high quality of service for our customers, whether importing or exporting, by air or sea, whatever the origin or destination.
• Acts as customer's key contact throughout the transport of his goods: informing him of important stages, alerting him to any regulatory constraints or unforeseen events, and doing his utmost to propose solutions when the situation calls for it.
• Communicates in real time with our customers and liaises with all our service providers, selected for their performance and reliability.
• Manages relationships and information requests from existing and/or potential customers
• Develops services provided to customers to improve their satisfaction
• Develops new routes to and from APAC to expand the range of services offered to Hillebrand Gori customers
• Negotiates with our partners and suppliers to get the best possible service

Job Scope:

• Achieve personal sales target as well as outlet sales target through proactive sales activities.
• Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
• Able to handle customer's request and enquiries professionally via phone, social media, or walk-in.
• Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
• Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
• Promote and explain salon’s treatments / treatment benefits to customers.
• Comfortable to communicate and build a good relationship and rapport with customers/internal team members.
• Able to work together and motivate beauticians.
• To assist in making cold-calls to customers.
• To assist in optimizing appointment booking and scheduling booking via all our enquiry platform.
• Various sponsored training courses available for skill upgrading.
• Other sales related ad-hoc duties assigned.
