Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Support Executive located in Singapore. The Marketing & Sales Support Executive will be responsible for creating visuals / label artwork, as well as providing all administrative support including preparation of Quotation and Contract etc. to the Sales Team. The Executive will also be handling customer’s account and managing all orders for 100% fulfilment of orders with zero shortfall.

Job Responsibilities
· Provide all administrative support, including preparation of Quotation and Contract, Creating New Account form & Action form, Gebiz & Tender Submission, follow up on Direct Piping Dispenser Servicing etc
· Manage workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts and other statistics to support sales function
· Manage Contract Renewal and Account servicing / follow up on Cases
· Create visuals / Label Artwork Support
· Manage targeted orders and monitor delivery status, to ensure 100% fulfilment
· Manage all orders to achieve zero Shortfall and wrong orders
· Follow up with Customer in a timely manner
· Handling incoming enquiries, complaints and feedback
· Provide alternative solutions with excellent customer service via phone calls and emails
· Any other duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing / Sales Support role in FMCG industry; preferably in Food & Beverage industry
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator / MS Office
· Able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a good portfolio will be a plus point
· Confident to communicate with all levels / different cultural background
· Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
· Meticulous, organized, tactful; able to take initiative and has strong interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, self-discipline, independent, patient and willingness to learn
· Able to work independently as well as a good team player
