We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This position entails managing comprehensive marketing and social media initiatives for at least three main brand accounts, as well as overseeing a team of marketing executives and creatives. 1. Leadership and Team Management:
· Oversee a Marketing Team: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth and development.
· Team Coordination: Ensure all team members are on track with their projects, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal results.
2. Client and Account Management:
· Manage Key Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for 3-4 key clients, building and maintaining strong, effective relationships.
· Client Servicing and Communication: Ensure client needs are met with high standards of service, address concerns, and continuously strategize to improve campaign outcomes.
3. Social Media and Campaign Management:
· Social Media Oversight: Manage the strategy, content creation, and direct social ad buys for clients' social media platforms.
· Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the ideation and creation of campaign proposals, coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative team and other stakeholders.
· Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources in alignment with client goals.
· Copywriting and Copyediting: Produce and review engaging and effective copy for various marketing materials, social media content, and campaigns.
4. Strategic Contributions and Pitching:
· New Business Development: Actively participate in pitching for new campaigns and clients, developing compelling presentations and proposals to win new business.
· Creative and Strategic Planning: Work alongside the creative department to conceptualize innovative ideas and strategies, ensuring they align with client objectives and market trends.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
· Performance Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
· Reporting: Lead the preparation of comprehensive reports for clients, detailing campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations.
6. Support and Coordination:
· Administrative Responsibilities: Handle essential administrative and logistical tasks to support team efficiency and effective campaign execution, including preparing quotations and managing paperwork.
· Ad-Hoc Campaign Support: Provide leadership and support for various ad-hoc marketing initiatives and brand activations.

· Manage Deadlines: Ensure all project deliverables are met on schedule, maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
