RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary focus of this role is to support the procurement function by conducting compliance analytics, performance management, spend analytics, and procurement sustainability reporting.

Scope

• The role is responsible in ensuring procurement compliance analytics to identify potential anomalies / risks, meticulously monitoring and analyzing procurement processes to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• The role is also responsible to maintain KPIs on performance management and identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to manage assigned tasks independently, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Compliance Analytics: Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in procurement-related databases and systems. Perform regular data validation / pre audit review to maintain data quality. Identify areas of non-compliance and work with procurement stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Performance Management: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations. Analyze procurement performance data and provide actionable insights to improve procurement processes.
• Spend Analytics: Utilize data analysis tools to analyze and interpret procurement spend data. Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with procurement teams to implement strategies to optimize spend.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement teams, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights. Provide analytical support for various procurement-related projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in procurement analytics. Suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sustainability Initiatives and Reporting: Continue to push out initiatives to uplift user awareness on green procurement practices. Facilitate the preparation of procurement data for sustainability reporting to Management and Temasek. 
• Vendor Risk Assessment: Execute the vendor risk assessment by working with stakeholders to identify and manage key vendor risks
• Any additional projects / tasks assigned

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and reporting framework will be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, and performance management

As the Project Manager in the Business Intelligence Logistics & Intermodal team, you are responsible for managing, maintaining and updating data in our Information Systems within the Logistics Department. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing different reports and Key Performance Indicators on Container Logistics domain to support management decision making.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Logistics Study Experts to collecting user’s needs (for Head Office and Local Agents)

· Take charge of the QlikSense dashboards development and writing business requirements upon requests

· Collaborate with IT Functional Analysts and Developers (IT BI Team) on the topics assigned (Pre-study, Design, Developments, etc.)

· Assist dashboard product owners and Logistics QlikSense contributors in tool usage, trainings, etc.

· Be the technical referent and super user of the QlikSense Logistics Data Model

· Providing updates on Logistic KPIs and reports and where necessary, establishing new reports and build new reports support our management’s decision making process

Requirements

· Postgraduate degree in Computer Science

· Ideally at least 4-5 years’ experience in similar function.

· Fluency in English as you would be interacting with people of diverse cultures and background

· Possess strong practical knowledge of SQL Language and QlikSense tool

· Excellent Excel software knowledge

· Possess an analytical mind and an ability to synthesize big volumes of information.

· Displays strong initiative and proactive

RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of ERP systems within an organization. The function requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, effective communication skills, and good SAP knowledge to bridge the gap between business needs and SAP and other ERP (Systems, Applications, and Products) software's capabilities. The primary responsibility is to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and leverage ERP solutions to meet business objectives. To make sure that ERP projects support and complement the strategic plans of Mediacorp business units and the organization as a whole, the role must collaborate closely with the business transformation department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and endusers, to understand and document business processes and requirements
• Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with the IT team to design and configure the ERP system to meet the organisation's business requirements
• Customise and tailor the ERP system to align with specific business needs
• Able to identify areas of the ERP system that do not support best practices and industry standards, and advise the business effectively
• Develop and execute test plans to validate that the ERP system meets functional and performance requirements
• Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or concerns Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Provide ongoing support to end-users and address any issues or concerns related to the ERP system Investigate and resolve system errors or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Stay informed about updates and new features in the ERP system
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation of business processes

• Must be comfortable addressing C-suite executives as well as coordinating at various levels of the business
• Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion
• Must have the ability to understand the team’s challenges and develop solutions
• Be familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software
• Having knowledge of the local culture and preferably experience in media business operations
