Job Description

• Contact existing client portfolio to carry out client portfolio review
• Advise clients on products that can complement their existing portfolio
• Communicate with clients over the phone & through email
• Assist clients with queries & concerns regarding insurance products
• Work with internal stakeholder to ensure policies are processed smoothly
• Comply with the the bank’s regulatory & compliance standards

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Required
• Minimum 1 year of sales / telesales experience
• Strong communication skills
