Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate international business development strategies, explore overseas markets, and expand international client resources for the company
- Oversee daily operations and management of all overseas branches
- Maintain good relationships with overseas agents and partners, sign international cooperation projects
- According to the resume, lead and manage the company's international business department
- Develop and execute global growth strategy to expand business overseas
- Establish sales channels and partnerships in foreign markets to increase international revenue
- Oversee daily operations and performance of foreign subsidiaries and international sales team
- Negotiate and close major deals and contracts to deliver business growth targets
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities worldwide
- Travel frequently to visit foreign partners, subsidiaries and events to explore collaboration opportunities
- Represent the company in trade shows, conventions and corporate events globally
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of international business management experience, overseas work experience in multiple countries preferred
- Experience in business development from ground up, with at least one or two successful business incubation projects
- Good understanding of technologies like cloud computing, AI, and successful track record in global networking, data centers, cloud communication businesses
- Familiarity with international especially Asia Pacific IT services market, experience in combining infrastructure and IT delivery services with customers' businesses
- Familiar with international market conditions, abundant client resources and business networks
- Excellent English, Japanese, Mandarin communication skills and cross-cultural team collaboration abilities
- Business negotiation and development capabilities to drive rapid business growth
- Strategic vision to formulate and execute international development strategies
- Outstanding leadership and coordination skills to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals
