Purpose Statement

1. Be part of the APAC core team for Sales Operations harmonization project; to map the process of sales operations in each country and BU for the assigned countries &/or areas
2. Support the APAC Senior Sales Operations Manager in building up processes and tools for change management
3. Lead all sales operations related process training for Japan and other assigned countries &/or areas

Key Responsibilities

• Support the APAC Senior Sales Operations Manager in strategic projects, providing requirements, information on sales processes and practices, conducting impact analysis, sharing pain points/opportunities and other responsibilities as they arise from such programs for the assigned countries &/or areas
• Collaborate with commercial and functional teams to implement Commercial Excellence programs to drive competitive advantage and program management mechanisms/dashboards to track implementation and progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership team
• Scope of processes for Sales Operations may include:

1. Pricing process
2. Rebate process
3. Product bundling process
4. Master data management
5. Contracting

• Work with country teams to identify and map core processes of sales, sales operations (including interfaces with customer care, marketing, finance, and others) for the assigned countries &/or areas
• Prioritize the mapping of sales operations processes for the countries &/or areas assigned; standardize sales operations processes within the assigned country/areas, using APAC processes as the benchmark
• Set up project framework and provide guidance to the project managers as and when necessary on managing the project
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements)
  

Key Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 6-8 years of relevant experiences in managing sales operation processes, preferably at a regional level
• An excellent communicator with fluency in both written and spoken English and Japanese, due to a focus in communicating with stakeholders in Japan
• An exceptional high EQ with the ability to manage all levels of stakeholders and complexity within a matrix organization
• Highly analytical coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with the ability to independently determine and develop various approaches to solutions
• Meticulous and strong in process mapping and developing process roadmap on a regional platform
• Collaborative and brings about best practices in working towards a centralized function
• Able to work on issues of moderate to complex nature where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
• Business travels as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor situations to develop effective sales strategies.
• Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs.
• Regularly participate in industry trade shows and conferences
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales team meets set sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Hunter role (70% hunting , 30% account servicing)
• Possess own transportation vehicle & class 3 driving license
• Min 6 years of experience in industrial printers / machinery / equipment sales
• Able to travel in between Singapore & Batam for work

We are working with a top global investment banking client to look for a Business Analyst who is proficient with advanced excel for automation work. This position will be within the COO/Business Management function of the bank's Corporate Banking APAC division.

The role is also on an initial 6-month contract which will be renewed for at least another 6 months.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of banking/FI experience
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Query, Power Pivot
• Stakeholder management skills (this role requires liaising with various business stakeholders including the front office)
