Role Purpose:

The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa is where innovation meets global money movement. Comprising of three cutting-edge products – Visa Direct, Visa Cross-Border Solutions and B2B Connect – MMS redefines the landscape of global financial transactions. These products and services are typically aimed at financial institutions, financial technology providers (FinTechs), remitters and foreign exchange businesses, across a multitude of movement movement flows such as B2B trade payments, P2P remittance transfers and C2B spend on multi-currency accounts. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more. The Strategy, Business Planning & Operations function for Visa Money Movement Asia-Pacific is accountable for the development and execution of the functional strategy, the target setting and aggregate view of the sales metrics across the region and for operating on behalf of the Head of Visa Money Movement Asia-Pacific, to ensure the team meets or exceeds its financial and scorecard goals. What we expect of you, day to day:

Strategy:

• Support VP, Visa Money Movement Asia Pacific and the Strategy, Business Planning & Operations function in developing and driving the regional MMS strategy, key strategic initiatives, and plans in support of regional business growth and objectives.
• Collaborate and work with Visa Global and Asia Pacific stakeholders in ensuring that the major roadmap milestones and objectives are met.

Business Operations:

• Develop effective tracking mechanism that monitors and progress team towards these targets and objectives.
• Drive effective leadership and operations through management of key business processes, including coordination of financial forecasting and revenue management.
• Collaborate and coordinate with wider Visa teams in ensuring that program and project artefacts are up to date and ensuring that regional stakeholders have the resources to support Visa Money Movement business and initiatives across the region.

Governance:

• Support and drive the definition and implementation of key functional governance e.g., functional leadership meetings, executive reporting, and business objective reviews. 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Your mission: 

The Due Diligence Agent is responsible for performing timely customer due diligence to complete the KYC process. You will be engaged in research and analysis and will use information supplied by external businesses and consumer customers, information already within the organisation, external vendor tools and their overall experience to effect due diligence controls on customers and counterparts of various characteristics.

The role as a Due Diligence Agent gives you the opportunity to:

• Perform Due Diligence on existing, new and/or potential customers based on risk mitigation controls and certain trigger events;

• Exercise discretion in setting priorities, identifying customer records that require further review and taking action to obtain and follow-up on the information and/or documentation requested;

• Ensure that information and documentation provided by customers, from external data sources and from your own reviews (e.g. websites and company registries) meet our requirements for verification;

• Perform searches utilising Internet sources and/or third-party vendors to obtain information on prospects and new/existing customers;

• Communicate with customers when required to handle escalated or complicated cases with strong customer empathy as well as clear communication of decisions and policies;

• Provide guidance and responses to daily inquiries from peers, front-line and management regarding due diligence matters and case analysis, when appropriate;
