We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Senior Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing tech stack, spearhead email automation and lifecycle marketing, and oversee CRM management and data analysis. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and strategic thinker to make an impact on a young startup within the global FinTech ecosystem.
Job Description
● Marketing Tech Stack: Managing and optimising the marketing tech stack, including CRM, CMS, registration systems and other integrated tools.
● Website Development and Management:Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimisation of all websites with developers, designers, and copywriters.
● Integration Management: Working with the agency to manage integrations between various marketing platforms and tools to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations.
● Email Automation and Lifecycle Marketing: Design, implement, and manage email automation workflows and lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
● Data Management: Ownership of the CRM, ensuring accurate data management, segmentation and reporting.
● Data Reporting and Analysis: Lead data reporting and analysis efforts to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
● Lead and mentor a team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· At least 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of managing and optimising a marketing tech stack.
· Strong knowledge and experience with CMS systems and website development.
· Extensive experience with CRM systems, ensuring accurate data management, segmentation, reporting, and optimising for marketing and sales.
· Highly skilled in designing, implementing, and managing email automation workflows and lifecycle marketing campaigns for audience engagement and lead nurture.
· Highly data-driven and skilled at campaign reporting and analysis to drive marketing performance.
· Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
· Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred; knowledge of HubL (HubSpot's coding language) is preferred but not necessary.
· Knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred but not necessary.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
