In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the product redesign for aircraft cabin interior components and engage in process development and innovation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare 2D & 3D CAD drawings for component and mould.
• Conduct process development and Design of Experiment for injection moulding
• Perform injection moulding, product quality control and laboratory tests, to ensure timely production order delivery.
• Conduct material characterization, quotation sourcing, procurement for project materials • Conduct part failure analysis and FE simulations as required for product redesign and improvement projects.
• Prepare presentation and reports, draft of project proposals and risk assessment/ safe work procedure documents.
• Maintain accurate records of production work orders, laboratory data, methods, results and CAD drawings.
