Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Logistic Operations. This role focuses on overseeing daily parcel deliveries assigned by our clients. The trainee will manage parcel pickup, sorting, and team coordination to ensure efficient and successful last-mile delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Training Path:

•Phase 2 – Route Management: Progressively take charge of delivery routes, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of daily delivery targets.

•Phase 3 – Zone In-Charge (Operations Manager): Take overall responsibility for parcel delivery operations within a designated zone, managing both drivers and walkers to optimize performance.

• Drive the top management or any assigned arrangement by company.
• Ensure cleanliness & upkeep of vehicle, top-up petrol, cash card and regular servicing.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid class 3 driving license with good driving records.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Company Driver.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
