Job Description

1. Manage the performance of assigned countries by leading implementation of optimal in-country activation with Distributors to deliver on expected sales and profitability/cost targets for each country.

2. Conduct regular in-country business reviews, monitor current and planned activities to accurately track, forecast and report the performance by country in order to support achievement of set targets or initiate changes needed to meet expectations.

3. Work closely with direct Supervisor, Regional Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to plan and implement in-country activation plans with excellence, including new product launches, product and sales training, and execution of marketing programs.

4. Lead Distributors to prepare joint annual business plans per country with clear focus on key customers and in-market opportunities, in alignment with SciMed regional strategies and objectives.

5. Ensure all business fundamentals e.g. product registrations, customers’ certificates requirements, sales forecasts, orders handling etc. are in place at a country level and coordinate any activities with internal teams and distributors to secure optimal functionality of in-country commercial operations.

6. Identify and develop new or existing business opportunities e.g. new distributors, new representations, market segments, potential customers to expand operations; act as local expert to support development and implementation of PHCbi and SciMed global and regional initiatives at a country level

7. Manage the assigned budgets per country by tracking and evaluating the impact of investment in each market, re-prioritizing funding to best support performance and meet financial commitments.

8. Act and lead the Distributors to conduct the overall commercial activities at a country level in full compliance with the local legislation and SciMed business practices and policies.

9. Lead and coordinate review and update of Distributor Agreements and Price Annexes on an annual basis for all markets.

10. Supervise Asst. GM for the compilation of Distributor monthly reports including Inventory reports, market updates, competitor updates and organizing and conducting regular business reviews.

11. CGT Growth: Strategize and implement CGT go-to-market plans in APAC.

12. Projects: Lead strategic growth projects such as "Make in India”, "GEM”, and new brand representations in export markets.

13. Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director in order to support development and implementation of initiatives at a country or regional level.

Qualifications

1. University degree, preferable in business, finance or science

2. Possess 15+ years of professional experience of experience in Sales and Marketing

3. 10 years of work experience in a relevant industry sector (Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, Diagnostics).

4. 5+ years’ experience in managing distributors in APAC markets.

Role Overview:

As the Associate Director for Supply Chain Technology, you will serve as a key deputy to the Director of Technology and Innovation, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for our supply chain technology initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of WMS, TMS, and other critical systems, and driving continuous improvement to optimize performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Global Security – Supply Chain Integrity, the Associate Director, Supply Chain Security is responsible for leading the China/Japan/Asia-PacificRegion implementation and execution of strategic and tactical operations intended to ensure the end-to-end efficient and secure movement of COMPANY products and materials, provide effective supply chain security risk management, and promote engagement and awareness of associated security matters.

The focus of this work is on protecting patient safety through securing the supply chain against illicit actions, product diversion, theft, terrorism, and unauthorized activities that threaten product integrity including compromises of confidential and proprietary supply chain information.

The position will be the primary regional liaison for internal and external interactions associated with supply chain security matters. Primary Responsibilities

Security Risk Management

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

The Director, Global Supply Chain Sustainability is responsible for providing leadership and management of Samsonite’s supply chain sustainability program in support of Our Responsible Journey, the company’s global sustainability strategy. Strategy

Minimum Requirements

Experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sustainability, with at least 6 years focus on responsible sourcing, supply chain sustainability and/or Human Rights.

As part of the Global Materials Supply (GMS) Team, The Director of Materials will lead the GMS organization that services VANS, Dickies, TBL, Napapijri & SWIB – responsible for raw materials sourced through the Asia Sourcing Offices (ASO). The Director, Global Supply Chain Sustainability is responsible for providing leadership and management of Samsonite’s supply chain sustainability program in support of Our Responsible Journey, the company’s global sustainability strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the regional teams to define, build and enhance the Precision supply road map in a way that provides consistent benefits while meeting unique market needs across APAC. In particular, your role requires a strong relationship with Publicis Media’s regional and local investment & commercial teams to manage supply partnership – strategically and commercially – including opportunity assessment, proposal management, negotiations and commercial awareness. You will vet new opportunities & innovative solutions, maintain & grow existing relationships on the supply side, and develop new business plans to enhance existing & develop emerging supply solutions that are commercially viable.

You will collaborate with Precision leadership – globally, regionally and at market level – as well as internal departments across the Publicis Media Groupe, including:

• Investment – structuring and managing inventory partnerships
• Agencies – educating, gathering feedback, and developing/ sourcing solutions for agency and client needs
• Finance & Legal – collaborate and provide digital and tech expertise when negotiating for new or existing contracts
• Leadership – helping shape the state and scale of supply solutions supporting business objectives

The ideal candidate will have had technical and commercial exposure to digital media planning & buying agencies, technical and strong supply management knowledge, very strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills and the ability to make clear, concise presentations. Also, an ability to build strong business cases for supply products and being able to program manage the roll out of solutions across markets in APAC is a key to success in this role.

Supply management

• Identify commercially viable key supply partners and solutions – globally and regionally – that allow for a strong differentiation of our positioning in an increasingly cluttered marketplace
• Work with existing supply side vendors on new product features, roll out and adoption. Explore, meet and test new supply solutions that may fulfill our clients’ needs
• Continuously define client needs and translate needs into opportunities for Precision
• Develop and negotiate supply partnerships to extract maximum media value and unique benefits that are only available to Precision and Publicis Media
• Establish key supply packages and offering catered to clients’ needs and seasonal offering

Marketing and training

• Build supply marketing and training materials to be rolled out to agencies and regional markets in a systematic way. This may include hosting events with key launch partners, connecting with local markets on a regular basis, or regular email updates

• Collaborate with Precision client servicing and account management teams to grow and maintain adoption

Team management
