• Establish and put into place new procedures for import and export activities.
• Examine the operating procedures for import and export to increase efficiency through continual improvement.
• When necessary, provide KPI reports for clients and participate in Operation Review meetings.
• Make space arrangements for each origin station.
• To take proactive measures to avoid service outages
• To use creativity when overseeing recuperation
• To closely coordinate shipments with customers and other departments in order to guarantee proper shipment execution
• To keep an eye on and guarantee that customers pay on time
• To address and correct payment inconsistencies
• Building strong relationships with customers; monitoring and controlling day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with their needs
• To co-ordinate Customer Service & Operational information and expedite for replies
• To analysis and recommend corrective actions
• To handle customers complaints

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Freight forwarding industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Check Incoming pre-alert from customer/oversea, check instruction.
• Quotation to customer/oversea agents.
• Declare Customs permits, key jobs, do Delivery Order for arrange delivery/ release cargo.
• Once Cargo back to warehouse from clearance need to check cargo.

2. Export

• Waiting for Customer Services passes down jobs to follow Shipping instruction & create draft AWBs for customers /Overseas Agents to check.
• Pre-draft Customs permits.
• prepare AirWaybills, documents, declare permits, key submission to Airlines/Terminal.

3. Import & Export

• Need to liaise with Customers & overseas Agents, check e-mail.
• Submission Shipment detail thru website system(CCN) to Singapore Customs.
• Do billing, send email, etc.. related with operation- AIR Import / Export.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
• Else, have working experience in Air Freight Operations (Import and Export)
• Meticulous, highly organized and positive attitude

Jobs Scope:

• Ensure timely and accurate ocean freight movement while adhering to service standards and local regulations.
• Manage communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding shipments.
• Address service issues proactively by providing follow-up and problem resolution for customers.
• Generate invoices and verify shipment-related charges within KPI timelines.
• Participate in projects focused on improving internal and external business processes.
• Perform tasks that add value to customer operations and adapt to process changes.
• Ensure customs declarations comply with Singapore regulations and procedures.
• Create and manage documentation for ocean exports.
• Oversee a team and ensure efficient execution of shipments according to ISO procedures.
• Maintain timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure proper documentation in the Transport Management System (TMS).

Requirement:

• Nitec and above.
• Minimum 1-4 years of working experience in the sea freight industry
