PROGRAMME

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 44-month training program to qualify for a CAT B License from Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). On successful completion of training, you will be appointed as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) and perform/certify aircraft maintenance task including inspection, repair, modification, and functional tests. You can look forward to a rewarding career in the aerospace industry with opportunities for overseas postings and career progression. Outstanding LAEs will have the opportunity to progress to executive and management positions.

TRAINING

• Classroom lectures at Training Academy inclusive of SAR 66 basic course modules and other associated skills and aircraft systems training with examinations/assessments after each module
• Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) examinations applicable for the category of licence
• On-the-job (practical) training at base and line maintenance environment, as well as other applicable workshops

OBLIGATIONS

• Trainees are required to serve employment of 5 years in the Company upon the completion of training
• If a trainee does not complete the training successfully or does not serve a minimum employment period of 5 years, trainee will have to pay for training costs of up to $115,000 (liquidated damages)

To provide exceptional customer service to both internal / external Customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight booking, shipment pick up and related monitoring/coordination.

1. Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.
2. Handle all air export shipment bookings via different channels of communication.
3. Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide quotes for freight charges via email wherever necessary.
4. Ensure all data (required by audit) are entered into Ecreditors Transportation Management System, timely and accurately.
5. Ensure that all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
6. Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
7. Obtain rates approval from customer & raise proper payment setup before shipment departs.
8. Monitor shipment uplift and transit(s) to ensure timely arrival /delivery to consignee as well as highlight delay / offloading to shippers and destination offices whenever occurs.
9. Ensure timely creation & updates for specific customers’ SOPs.
10. Good understanding of customers’ profiles and handling requirements to ensure 100% compliance, 100% customer satisfaction all the time.
11. Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
12. Build good business rapport with both external and internal customers.
13. Prepare and submit reports timely whenever required.

Qualifications

As an Ambulance Driver, the safety of patients and crew alike are in your hands. You will be part of a 2-men or 3-men team providing safe and efficient ambulance transport for those in need. You will be assigned to drive various types of vehicles to transport patients, crew and equipment to/from designated locations. Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency activation across a range of cases
• Ensure safe and prompt conveyance of patients and assist Paramedics in providing care for patients

Job Scope

• Attend to customers’ inquiry
• Prepare and process Air Export booking request
• Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
• Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
• Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
• Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
• Verify invoices from vendor
• Prepare customers’ report

Job Description:

• To ensure given KPI are met timely and effectively
• Providing administrative, planning, organising, controlling, discipline and training functions of his departments.
• General administration, supervision and control of Supervisor and staff under the department
• Follow up with customer’ vendor and./or authorities for required task to be performed/ supported
• Co-ordinating with other sections and departments to ensure equipment are released from operation for maintenance.
• Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are complied with.
• Ensuring all mechanics are adequately trained and have refresher training.
• Ensuring that work is performed as planned or scheduled and to meet all daily/ preventive maintenance
• Ensuring the upkeep of his department’s equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Raise Asset Disposal Application (ADA) for unserviceable equipment and follow up on the update the inventory list.
• Ensure sufficient tools/ special tooling and spares are required for maintenance and ensure PR is raised and follow up if required
• Coordinate the purchase of new equipment for SIAEC.
• Ensure new Ground Support Equipment are inducted through the correct process.
• Highlight and Coordinate with GSE in-charged for other necessary matters.
• Such other duties as assigned to him by the Ops Manager

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Aviation/ Mechanical or related field

Job Scope

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments
• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

Job Responsibilities

• Perform and certify for routine checks and defects rectification on Boeing 787, 767 and 777 aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and/or engines.
• Solving issues related to quality and safety.
• Maintain a high level standard of airworthiness when performing inspections and maintenance.
• Inspect finished work, operation/functional tests and aircraft defect rectification.
• Sign-off all tasks performed and comply with Airworthy Release.
• Co-ordinate maintenance service with relevant maintenance service provider, where necessary.
• Report to headquarter in Tokyo on regular basis to update on maintenance process and issues.
• Manage and maintain tools & equipment store.
• Support and perform maintenance engineer duties in overseas stations, where necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related professional field in aircraft maintenance from an accredited university.
• Possess aircraft maintenance license and an expert with excellent aircraft engineering and maintenance knowledge for Boeing 787, 767 and 777.
• Possess more than 25 years of airline engineering experiences in the aviation industry.
• Possess qualified certification from Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) is highly recommended as part of civil aviation regulations requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office such as Word and Excel for reporting and communication with Head office in Tokyo.
• Proficiency in English as well as Japanese for communication including writing, reading, listening and speaking so as to make coordination with Head office in Tokyo.
• Strong ability to work under pressure due to time sensitive maintenance situation.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active and self-motivated individual who works well independently.
