• proposed to choose Level 1 experience engineer and include DT/log file analysis as well, DT analysis is hard for the Optimization Engineer to handle alone, DT team can provide the initial findings, while the Optimization Engineer and Senior RF engineer will provide the in depth analysis and proposal

• Have a Good Knowledge with related tools like TEMS/Nemo/Xcal/Gnex.

Job scopes:

• Manage day-to-day operations and coordination of afloat repairs, load testing & inspection services on ships in Singapore and the region.
• Assist Service Manager in handling the company’s field service operations, in technical, operational and commercial matters
• Prepare quotations, costing for invoice, tools & equipment lists and procurement of parts.
• Manage and coordinate service job execution.
• Liaise with our customers, such as Ship Managers, Offshore Operators, Shipyards, Agents and others
• Manage the tools & equipment which are kept at our warehouse. Send for recertification periodically as required.
• Coordinate with Ship Agents, Ports & Ship Yards, handle permits and schedule service attendances.
• Coordinate and arrange transport of Engineers, tools & equipment to and from job sites
• Answer customer queries and provide remote technical support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or similar.
• Past experience in marine cranes & deck machinery required.
• Experience in coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs will be an advantage.
• Able to commit overtime.

Manufacturing / Supply Chain Assistant (Planning Department / Admin Support)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support on shop packet printing and support TPI coordination for all pre-shipment related arrangement. MFG Assistant will also be converting the planned orders to purchase requisitions within the opening period, as well as depleting global slow-moving inventory (SMI) whenever possible.
• Printing shop packets and validating the revisions of the documents in the shop packets before issuing to shop floor.
• Monitor and track pre-shipment activities with Planners.
• Send out NFI (Notification for Inspection) form to the appointed TPI agency.
• Manage and inform TPI on changes of the TPI schedule upon received confirmation from requestors.
• Co-ordinate with Warehouse, Planning and TPI on pre-shipment capacity.
• Follow up with planner on packing list creation and compiling with MDR (manufacturing data records) as required by TPI.
• Forwarding of release notes to QA and Traffic after receipt from TPI.
• Attend PIM and record special request by project upon request.

• Deplete global excess inventory as per company's inventory policy.
