• Coordinate and manage the entire export shipment process, including space planning and booking with carriers.
• Develop, implement, and review export freight processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Proactively prevent service failures and manage recovery efforts resourcefully.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment coordination with various departments to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as the main contact between carriers and the company, handling complaints and monitoring contract space fulfillment.
• Analyze operations to recommend and implement corrective actions, enhancing service quality.
• Monitor and review quality costs, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Follow up on shipment inquiries and tracing issues with airlines, maintaining clear communication.
• Delegate tasks effectively and assist the Freight Planning Assistant Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Min 2 years airfreight operations experience

ur client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Supply Chain Management Executive.

Job Scope:

• Perform all daily operational activities of import/export shipments which includes execution of shipments, follow up on documentations, permits, invoicing to customers, vendor invoices
• Ensure all import/export processes are carried out timely
• Prepare sales, shipping, LC negotiation, insurance and other documents in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, insurance companies and banks.
• Inventory management and delivery planning

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma or equivalent in supply chain or relevant field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Pleasant and mature personality with strong customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
• Good team player
