Job Description:
- Prepare weekly reports on vehicle repair status.
- Assist in writing meeting minutes to track outstanding issues.
- Conduct team briefings before starting work.
- Coordinate and manage team assignments and vehicle parking allocation.
- Plan and monitor vehicle sequencing and status for operational tasks.
- Provide documentation support to the Operations Leader for work-related needs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Automotive, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics) or a Diploma in a related field with 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
