Job Responsibilities:

• To lead, motivate and empower the entire team in Packaging and Warehousing
• Manpower allocation with supervisors and leaders based on daily work activities within the different sections: Stock in /out; Packaging, and Warehousing
• Follow up operational issues to ensure proper closure e.g., machine breakdown update and report; pressure vessel, air con, lighting and electrical scheduled servicing.

• To update and record daily work efficiency data, i.e., number of man -hours per quantity.
• To generate report of damage/shortage item found during stock in/ packaging for the Sales team and HQ. Follow up on recovery of items.
• To ensure and carry out safety compliance at workplace
• Organize monthly and half yearly stock take
• To perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by operation manager in order to achieve departmental objective

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in manufacturing, packaging & assembling Industry/ mechanical engineering.
• Experience in packaging, auto packaging equipment, budgeting, costing, warehousing and SAP knowledge.
• Strong mechanical skills on auto equipment
