• Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound / outbound central kitchen operation so as to ensure efficient and timely operation of the distribution

Key Responsibilities

• To prepare shipping documentation, timely billings and closing of job files
• Handle shipping documentation and other related shipping duties
• Declaration of customs permits for both import and export shipments
• Co-ordination for import and export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments within the timeline set by clients
• Coordination with partners and customers
• Ad Hoc duties as requested by Management

• Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
• Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound inventory activities
