Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the reach truck to move products and materials to specified locations in the warehouse.

• Transport products to various locations in the warehouse for storage or distribution.

• Stack and store products in designated areas following inventory management procedures.

• Perform daily checks and maintenance on the reach truck to ensure it is in good working condition.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or damage to goods.

• Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking activities.

• Maintain accurate records of material movements, including time, quantity, and location.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum N/O level

Job Scope :

Senior Crewing Executive

• Lead and supervise team members, manage workload, and evaluate performance.
• Source new seafarers and arrange interviews for senior officers with department heads.
• Contact former seafarers for redeployment.
• Verify seafarers' certificates and arrange medical check-ups as required by Charterer.
• Check certificate authenticity with relevant authorities and apply for Flag State licenses.
• Maintain updated seafarer personnel files and monitor certificate/document expiry.
• Update crew planning/rotation lists and ensure timely, cost-effective crew changes.
• Handle crew joining, repatriation, flight bookings, visa applications, and immigration clearances.

Crewing Executive

• Source new seafarers and arrange interviews for senior officers.
• Verify seafarer certificates and coordinate medical check-ups as per Charterer's requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files, monitor document expiry, and update crew planning lists.
• Ensure prompt and cost-effective execution of crew changes.
• Liaise with crew and port agents for joining/repatriation, including visa applications. Handle immigration and outward port clearances.
• Update crew records in the management system and perform other duties as assigned by the Crewing Manager.
