Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support on shop packet printing and support TPI coordination for all pre-shipment related arrangement. • Direct and coordinate with external warehouse regarding inbound shipments. Review escalation of issues from customers' or shippers' and reviews complaints regarding services related to inbound shipments.

You bring

• Diploma/Degree holder majoring in Supply Chain or business-related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in International/cross border logistics.
• Valid professional certification relating to international and local Dangerous Goods regulations: IATA, IMDG preferred.
• Good knowledge of International/cross border logistics process and incoterms.
• Experience with Letter of Credit will be advantageous. Experience with SAP Shipping & Transportation module preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (English). Proficient in Microsoft office like Excel/VBA.

• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
