• Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance, including cost estimates.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of required work.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.
• Assist customers with additional service requests, such as arranging loaner vehicles or coordinating shuttle services.
• Process invoices and handle payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs performed.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and a focus on resolution.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, technical advancements, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Mon - Fri 10am to 7pm
• Sat 10am to 2pm
• PH and Sun Closed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in automotive service is a plus.
• Proven experience (min 2 years) as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient computer skills to manage customer information and process service orders.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A valid driver's license.

Task / Responsibilities.

- MUST be highly committed to work on irregular hours due to nature of the work and the industry.

- Supervise a team of Drivers to ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities.

Schedule daily transport activities to ensure all the delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner.

Keep Track of Deliveries and Collection of POD (Proof of Deliveries) on timely manner.

- Manage fleet of vehicles & Optimum Use of Manpower &Trucks.

- Responsible for assigning / planning driver’s daily schedules through a Planning Tool.

- Handle Calls & WhatsApp messages from Customers and internal Team.

- Compile Daily & Monthly Delivery Report

- Submission of claim for expenses, to Accounts Dept on time.

- Responsible for Data entry and delivery related paperwork for vehicles maintenance, inspection + renewal of road tax /VPC.

- Ensure drivers are fully compliant to company safety policies & standards.

- Ensure proper tracking & monitoring of truck movements via GPS system.

- Route analysis to optimize delivery successful rate and efficiency.

- Handle feedback & issues raised by customers & drivers.

- Ability to work with multi tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications.

• Min ’O” Level or Diploma Holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Good command in English.
• Prefer 3- 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics, in supervising Drivers & Deliveries Operations in Marine Industry.
• MUST Possess SG Driver's license Class, 3 or 4 as well as Forklift Driving license.
• Good Interpersonal, Analytical with high level of Communication Skills.
• Be able to work under pressure and act positively.
• 5 Days work a week* (3 shifts)
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Working Location Tuas, Gul Area.
