Support the Corporate Banking team in developing and driving the Corporate Banking strategy and achieving its business goal. Coordinate with key internal stakeholders across the network. • Facilitate communication and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to system monitoring, alerting, and preventive measures.

1. Incidents resolution & Request Handling.

2. Preventive maintenance.

3. Pro-active actions / measures to limit corrective maintenance activities.

4. Knowledgebase creation & maintenance

Requirements:

• 3+ years in L2 Application Production Support within banking.
• Proficient in ORACLE PL/SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Unix/Linux environments.
• Understanding of JAVA/J2EE web apps and infrastructure.
• Support experience in Supply Chain and Trade Finance apps.
• Knowledgeable in ITIL concepts.
• Familiarity with various technologies and tools.
• Understanding of Security Practices and Cryptography.
• Experience with ITSM tool ServiceNow.
• Database performance and SQL tuning experience preferred.
