• Identify business opportunities and work with banks for funding scheme & evaluate scheme
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests
• Prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.
• Preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Review of payments and receipts.
• Establish relationship with key internal/ external stakeholders by engagement
• Work with Legal department on Banks’ Letter of Offer and negotiate T&C with our banks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience win Banks/Treasury centres/Financial Institution
• Strong knowledge of Trade finance, Cash management and Derivatives

▪ Manage production order plan to ensure efficient supply condition using excel tool "rundown".

▪ Discuss and facilitate concensus building with distributor on short & mid-long term planning
