Job Description (Meat Cutter cum lorry Driver)

• Perform meat cutting functions including trimming, slicing and cutting of raw and cooked meat according to customer requirements and performing all meat associated responsibilities as directed
• Assist in all preparation as instructed and ensure wastage is minimized
• Weigh all meat items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice
• To maintain overall kitchen hygiene, equipment and tools cleanliness
• Work closely with service team to provide great customer service to guests
• Providing delivery services.
• Delivery of goods to outlets, commercial, residential, and industrial areas (Clustered).
• Pick and Pack of goods onto pallets.
• Loading and unloading.
• Delivery of goods when the full time driver is unavailable.
• Other Adhoc duties as assigned.
