Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reesponsible for Business Development.
• Meet monthly sales target.
• Manage general administrative documentation for Migrant Domestic & Foreign Workers Application.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with relevant regulations governing Migrant Domestic & Foreign Workers.
• Source, interview, select, and screen potential Migrant Domestic & Foreign Workers through a rigorous vetting process during interviews.
• Address employer inquiries, comprehend their requirements, and assist in matching them with suitable Migrant Domestic or Foreign Workers.
• Conduct home visits or telephone calls to employers and Migrant Domestic or Foreign Workers post-placement as part of after-sales service.
• Provide counseling to helpers and assist in mediation when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven track records in handling the workflow of Foreign Workers (FW) and Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) employment processes.
• Possess CEI certification.
• Singaporeans/Permanent Residents preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Confidence, sales-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Word and PDF; familiarity with communication tools like WhatsApp and computer applications such as Zoom, web browsers, etc., is a must.

• Prepare invoices and follow up on payment status.

Requirements:
