Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the import and wholesale operations of massage chairs, from sourcing to delivery and placement at shopping malls.
2. Ensure the quality standards of incoming shipments by conducting thorough assessments and implementing quality control measures.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, fostering positive relationships, negotiating terms, and maintaining a reliable supply chain.
4. Manage inventory efficiently, including storage, organization, and retrieval within the warehouse.
5. Plan and optimize logistics for on-time deliveries to shopping malls, addressing potential challenges in real-time.
6. Uphold health and safety standards during deliveries, installations, and placements of massage chairs.
7. Cultivate effective communication with shopping mall management, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth placements.
8. Handle customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback, maintaining a positive customer experience within shopping malls.
9. Implement marketing and promotion strategies to enhance the visibility and popularity of massage chair placements.
10. Ensure routine maintenance and technical support for the longevity and functionality of massage chairs.
11. Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, implementing continuous improvement based on feedback.
12. Develop crisis management plans and navigate unforeseen challenges to ensure the continuity of operations.
