We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Planning Executive to join our Road Transport Management team in the logistics sector. This critical role involves meticulous planning, real-time coordination, and strict adherence to customs and warehouse protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport Planning: Strategically plan transport routes every evening to ensure drivers have clear and efficient delivery routes for the next day.
• Free Trade Zone Expertise: Must have in-depth knowledge of Singapore's Free Trade Zones (FTZs), including regulatory requirements and operational standards.
• Internal Railing Coordination: Thorough understanding of internal railing processes within the Keppel Distripark FTZ is essential.
• Warehouse Clearance Procedures: Ensure smooth warehouse clearance operations and efficient goods handling, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
• Permit & Customs Compliance: Extensive experience with permit applications, customs regulations, and procedures to guarantee compliance and prevent disruptions.
• Document Verification: Meticulously check all transport documents to eliminate errors, inaccuracies, or omissions before clearance and dispatch.
• Delivery Updates: Provide prompt and precise delivery status updates to clients and relevant teams to maintain transparent communication.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods before dispatch to ensure they are in excellent condition, flagging any damages for immediate resolution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, specifically in road transport planning and management.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore FTZs, especially Keppel Distripark FTZ.
• Excellent understanding of customs and warehouse protocols.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of thorough document checking.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturdays: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

The duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Assistant Manager include:

· To lead a team of Warehouse and Logistics Personnel on daily activities.

· To manage the warehouse operations and oversee the daily schedule to ensure timely, receiving, stuffing, unstuffing and packing of containers, etc.

· Responsible for the management of inventory, data integrity, systems timely update and SOP.

· To communicate with customers for enquiries and issues, if any.

· To ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures, safety, health, security, and quality policy.

· To settle any problem arising in daily operations or any complaints from customers.

· To ensure efficient use of resources to operate the activities (including managing the haulier and packers).

· Must be familiarised with working in the Free Trade Zone.

· To suggest ideas and give feedback for improvement,

· Any other relevant ad-hoc duties.

The employee’s duties and responsibilities as Accounts and Operation Manager shall be as the following:

· Handling all Account Payables (AR), Account Receivable (AR).

· Perform Statement of Account Reconciliation of Overseas Agents.

· Verify TT Remittances.

· Updating monthly GIRO payment entries and issue cheque accordingly.

· Unbilled reports – Operations & Warehouse billing.

· Update Exchange rates in currency tables.

· Checking and prepare staffs claim.

· Assist in Billing and Cheque payment entries in the event of the person-in-charge on leave.

· Assist in Month end closing.

· Handle shipping enquiries from customers and responsible for shipment booking.

· Prepare full spectrum of shipping documents.

· Coordinates with agents and shippers on shipment arrangement.

· To monitor shipment and ensure orders are shipped according to shipping requirement.

· Arrange transportation for local cargo delivery and liaise with warehouse for the packing, stuffing or unstuffing of cargoes.

· Compile weekly and monthly report.

· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
