JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design training packages and conduct training for research staff
• Plan lessons/coaching sessions, instructional design, and assessment activities
• Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs and workshops.
• Organize in-person and online coaching and training sessions
• Prototype new approaches in teaching and learning, anchored on evidence-informed practices
• Led and assisted in the design, development, and implementation of post-graduate educational activities, programs, and courses related to early childhood development
• Design, conduct, and report evaluations of training interventions and innovations

The candidate should also possess:

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in educational approaches and training courses at the undergraduate/ graduate level will be advantageous;
• Experience in curriculum design and evaluation will be advantageous
• Experienced in adult training/coaching
• Willingness to travel to various regions in Singapore for on-site coaching/training and, where necessary, a willingness to work an adjusted schedule for any training conducted outside of regular office hours.
• Willingness to undertake further training in coaching strategies and research-related activities
• A team player with the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the business development plan to generate incremental revenue.
• Identify, evaluate and execute new business opportunities aligned with the Centre's strategy.
• Develop strategies for breaking into new and existing markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships to create revenue generation opportunities for the Centre's products and services.
• Use analytics tools to assess viable business development opportunities by leveraging internal and external data.
• Use data to plan and review market development and emerging trends Leverages emerging trends to find business development opportunities.
• Ensure that existing customers’ needs are met and create a pipeline of repeat customers.
• Conduct market surveillance and intelligence to collate and use data to plan and review market development and emerging trends.
• Leverage emerging trends to find business development opportunities.

Sales & Marketing

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the Company's strengths and value proposition to develop sales strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
• Formulate the marketing strategy and plan which align with the overall sales and business development strategy.
• Develop sales schemes and campaigns to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
• Promote corporate image and act as the brand ambassador for the Centre and the Company, where applicable.
• Set, monitor and grow brand visibility to achieve market share targets.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline.
• Able to develop, articulate and present a sound business plan and strategy.
• Able to do market opportunity identification and assessment.
• Familiar with business development and sales forecasting skills.
• Familiar with business financial management.
• Familiar with new product development process.
• Possesses good market research skills.
• Possess a good understanding of relevant marketing models and methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set accounts, including Console.

2. Ensure relevant reporting, including GST, ACRA, tax and annual statutory reporting,

etc., are done on time as per required standards.

3. Liaise with the Company’s auditors to ensure that the Company accounting &

operational procedures are adequate and function properly.

4. Responsible for the preparation and audit of financial statements.

5. Supervise and oversee the finance team.

6. Provide support to claims and settlements of receivables.

7. Assist and support projects/tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

1. A degree in Accountancy with CA is preferred.

2. Min 3 -5 years of accounting experience.

3. Good communication and leadership skills.

4. Strong team spirit and interact tactfully across all levels.

5. Experience with Accpac is preferred.
