The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. This involves strategic account development, effective project management, and leveraging your B2B marketing expertise to ensure client success. You will be a key player in a team dedicated to delivering superior customer experiences and driving our company's growth.
Responsibilities
Account Development and Growth
• Support identifying new business opportunities and assisting with proposal development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
• Analyze client business challenges to identify bottlenecks in collaboration with Leads or Directors.
• Keep CRM and project tracking tools updated with accurate and timely information.
Commercial Management
• Produce client deliverables and contribute to larger projects.
• Ensure CRM reflects up-to-date business pipeline data for planning and forecasting.
• Understand vendor and client contract terms thoroughly.
Leadership and People Management
• Oversee project engagements, managing issues, risks, and timelines.
• Engage directly with clients, providing high-quality support and service.
Industry Knowledge and Experience
• Demonstrate expertise in AdTech, MarTech, media buying and programmatic from agency or client-side roles.
• Commit to creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Be familiar with business development activities in a consulting domain (or sales-driven function)
Requirements
• Have 3-6 years of consulting or relevant marketing agency experience, including at least 2 years in technology consulting.
• Prior experience in the Cloud Computing or FinTech industry is highly desired, but not a must.
• Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to excel independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the collaborative development of SOWs, RFPs and client-facing presentations.
• Strategic thinking and team management skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
