• Plan, Lead, record biodiversity related surveys, flora/ fauna for EIA, EMMP and EMMP Audits likewise as necessary
• Prepare and lead reports including EIA, EMMP Reports, ESG related reports as necessary

• Liaise and communicate effectively with clients to ensure quality outcomes to meet client expectations within time and budget.

• Project manage nominated environmental projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or other related disciplines.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Ecology, Biodiversity surveys and EIA/ EMMP, environmental planning or environmental management sector. Qualified applicants will be considered for senior positions.
• Candidates with graphic skills such as CAD, GIS, Photoshop, will be highly regarded.
• Candidates with proven project management ability will be highly regarded.
• Fluent spoken and written English. Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects on Noise, Vibration and Building Acoustics, (both internal and environmental) working closely with Project Managers and Project Director.
• Contribute to environmental projects in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending on project opportunities) on the Noise and Vibration components
• Support in conducting Building Acoustics assessments
• Be responsible for writing/ mentoring and reviewing reports and associated technical output with multinational clients and government agencies;
• Participate in key activities associated with the development of the Noise/ Vibration and Building Acoustics disciplines with the respective leads in each major country/region; attend weekly team meetings and participate in technical knowledge transfer sessions and technical conferences
• Perform site visit/inspection/assessment and supervise subcontractors as required for the projects handled
• Support other projects in Singapore and other regions as and when required
• Support team manager in project and proposal management as well as administrative duties
• Shall carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures of the company
• Shall report quality, environmental, health and safety problems or any suggestions to his/her immediate superior
• Shall perform other duties that his/her immediate superior may assign from time to time

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines (e.g. Civil engineering, Building Physics etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contributing to the noise and vibration chapters in Environmental Impact Assessments, Noise and Vibration Impact Assessments (ideally, for major infrastructure projects and manufacturing/ chemical process industries) and Building Acoustics assessments
• Preferable to have a knowledge of SoundPlan/ CadnaA for environmental noise modelling, EASE/ODEON for room acoustics modelling
• Graphics skills such as CAD, GIS, Photoshop, will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of local and international acoustics codes, laws and regulations will be highly regarded.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills

• Technical support as Project Manager working closely with Project Director.
• Contributing to environmental projects and business growth in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending project opportunities) on technical aspects of one or more of the following: Air impact assessment, air dispersion modeling, air quality monitoring, Environmental Impact Assessment, and Pollution Control Study. Ability to work on a combination of these services will be highly regarded.
• Leading impact assessments and people for infrastructure projects and industrial development using renowned international predictive models
• Contributing to or conducting project presentations and client meetings with senior staff and Project Managers.
• Business development support for current and prospective clients.
• Comply with quality management on all work products.
• Task budgeting and scheduling control.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, sub-consultants and other disciplines, as necessary.
• Business travels may be required.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or other related disciplines (e.g., civil engineering and environmental engineering) OR Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent years of experience in the environmental field.
• Six plus years of relevant experience in air/noise monitoring, air/noise modeling and impact assessments, environmental engineering sector. Qualified applicants will be considered for senior positions.
• Adept Knowledge in air dispersion models such as AERMOD, GRAL, CALPUFF, CAL3QHCR, etc will be regarded
• Candidates with graphic skills such as CAD, GIS, Photoshop, will be highly regarded.
