• Work closely with the Management and Line Departments in the pursuit for continuous improvements in the service, products and menu items, promotions and to meet productivity and profitability KPIs set by the Management.
• Plan the weekly staff roster, rotate and schedule all staff for full coverage to maximize productivity.
• Manage the sales revenue and operating expenses of the outlet, in accordance with the budget, so as to ensure cost optimization and minimize wastage.
• Monitor the activities of competitors and constantly find ways to improve menu offering and customer experience, so as to grow the F&B outlet’s revenue.
• To be actively involved in the advertising and marketing of the F&B outlet, and to work closely with the Marketing and Banquet teams.
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and to attend to customer issues promptly.
• To provide excellent service standards at all times, and to ensure courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers.
• Review customer feedback forms / outlet logbook on operational issues to correct and implement measures for improvement in food, beverage and service standards.
• Manage the training and management of staff, including conducting daily staff briefing and staff discipline.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Head Chef and the Kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of quality food.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, and that the safety and food hygiene standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities-

To be responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned tasks at construction sites, in terms of both administrative and operational aspects

- To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team

- To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor

- To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like.

- Prepare Minutes of Meetings for all joint meetings held with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or site personnel.

- To advise both Main-Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works (E.g. Reference lines, datum lines, etc).

- To study shop-drawings and make sure the site team has the latest set- To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Stationery sales, wholesale brand products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise all suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing
• Must be willing to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
