Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Developing an annual sales plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, and which focuses on meeting organizational objectives.
• Developing new, innovative ideas of marketing the company's herbal ingredient products.
• Contacting prospective customers
• Conducting market research to expand customer base
• Servicing customer accounts through regular contact, creating sales quotations, handling customer requirements, and supervising product shipment
• Attending industry tradeshows and conferences
• Identifying and evaluating ingredient trends
• Working with the Purchasing Marketing Department to create related marketing materials
• Tracking sales figures and meeting sales objectives
• Handling CPG orders when necessary

Qualifications:

• 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the Medicine and Herbs
• Prior knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices including product specifications, Certificates of Analysis and Vendor Qualification preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills, professional phone manner, pleasant demeanor.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle many details in a medium paced environment.
• Ability to organize and work independently
• Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Acrobat, and Internet Explorer.

Must need to work on Weekends and Public holidays

·· Must ready to work physically to carry provisionals, groceries and indian snack from whole sale vendor delivery to store room , then shift from Store room delivery to iland wide

· Receiving of provisionals, groceries and indian snacks from whole sale supplier then arrange it properly

· Loading and unloading of groceries

· Help customers to find locate provisionals, groceries , if need bring the stuff and put it their trolley

· Ensure shelves and product displays remain stocked.

· Replenish products onto display shelfs and areas as assigned.

· Check & account for damaged stocks, Tabulate balance stocks & Tidy up items displays

Must wash trays everyday

Must wash vehicle everyday (especially storage compartment)

Must have good time management

Unable to drive home

Must pay for own reckless parking fine

Must have some knowledge about vehicle maintenance

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Hunt for new clearing and forwarding related business focusing on import and export business locally
• Build new client base and Wholesale of stationery in arround Singapore
• Develop sales strategy in line with group commodity market segments
• Leverage from own network and further establish relationships with various partners not limited to associations, container carrier and network members globally
• Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with operational team members, whilst liaising and coordinating with vendors (ports operators, authorities, transporters etc.) and internal clients
• Monthly commercial activity reporting in the form of a sales of liquor, soft drinks and beverages
• Work with direct Manager on all sales, business development and budgeting requirements
• Capabilities reaching into the rest of APAC and globally is advantages
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Key Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized University in the field of logistics and Business Management would be advantages
• Minimum 5 years proven sales experience and achievement in bringing in new sales
• Result oriented with strong ability to prioritize tasks in order to achieve sales target assigned
• Resourceful with excellent commercial and entrepreneurial flair are critical to the success of this role
• An accomplished self-starter who is able to hands-on/lead the whole cycle of commercial process from acquisition to fulfilment
• Ability to travel regularly locally and regionally when required
• Flexible in working with partners from different time zone when required

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing the logistics of local deliveries.
• Oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with transporters and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations governing the transportation of Dangerous Goods.
• Identify potential avenues for cost savings in Customer Delivery and propose enhancements to service levels.
• Main point of contact to address and resolve customer complaints.
• Regularly compile and submit comprehensive transport-related KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Thoroughly validate the accuracy of invoices received from transporters. Address any additional ad hoc requests as delegated by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics operations.
• Proficient in using Pivot Table & Vlookup
• Ability to work in fast face environment.
