• Understand the SAP functional requirements across HR, FIN, Procurement and Scholarships to determine the training needs and develop a detailed training curriculum to upskill the impacted users.
• Develop a detailed training and development plan to equip the impacted users with the right knowledge and skills to perform tasks on the new system and adopt the new ways of working.
• Coach and guide the training team to develop custom content for the project (i.e. SAP HR, FIN, Procurement and Scholarship), which will be leveraged to conduct training across the impacted users.
