• Report directly to the CEO.
• Familiar with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations and policies.
• Develop and drive the implementation of workplace health and safety plans and programmes to continually improve safety and health performance across all applicable business activities of the organization.
• Work with operational teams to identify and assess any foreseeable risks in all applicable business activities through a robust risk assessment and management system.
• Investigate all incidents, advise corrective and preventive actions, and assist in the generation of reports.
• Develop and drive health and safety audit and inspection systems across all levels in the company.
• Plan and provide relevant safety training and guidance to promote health and safety awareness and foster safe culture.
• Act as the MOM/NEA correspondent to ensure that safety/environmental guidelines are adhered with the objective to attain zero-accident rate
• Leads safety committee and chairs safety meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation on all related matters to WSH.
• Work closely with all departments in WSH-related matters.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients & business partners, always speaking with an understanding of tone and choice of words.
• Any other adhoc tasks delegated by management.

Requirements:

• A recognized diploma course or bachelors degree related to environmental and occupational health and safety.
• At least 2 years of experience in Safety & Health as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer registered with Ministry of Manpower.
• Experience working with MOH or other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry would be good to have.
• Experience working with elderly in the community would be good to have.
• Hands-on and enjoys community setting.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT.
• Working on weekends maybe required.
• Singaporean & PR only.

Description:

· Report directly to the Centre Manager.

· Direct responsibility for the daycare centre as a business unit with an understanding of P&L.

· Actively drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.

· Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.

· Strong case resolution skills to resolve client feedback and complaints on promised actions and that client needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

· At all times ensure the highest level of care are given to the patients according to regulations, SOPs and best practices.

· Work closely with other managers to ensure that all MOH service requirements on financial and quality aspects are strictly adhered to through rigorous and constant internal checks.

· Ensuring that the logistics and operational capability of the centre runs smoothly.

· Responsible for staff rostering and management.

· Participate & represent on behalf of the company’s services with confidence.

· Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations on incidents and preventive actions.

· Represent the Centre Manager in his/her absence.

· Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients & business partners, always speaking with the understanding of tone and choice of words.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business Management or any other fields are welcome to apply.

· Applicants with operational backgrounds in other industries such as hospitality are welcome to apply.

· 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) required.

· Preferably minimum 3 years in operational management role.

· Experience working with MOH or other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry would be good to have.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

1. In charge of finance and accounting of business units ensuring prompt closings in compliance with accounting and group policies.

2. Overseeing and reviewing works done by a team of accountants in Singapore and Hong Kong.

3. Review GST submissions and corporate tax returns.

4. Liaising with the external auditor and tax advisor.

5. Participate in forecasting and budgeting exercises.

6. Monitor business performance results with various departments to have quick action taken on gaps and outstanding matters.

7. Instill, maintain and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and internal policies and controls.

8. Review and submit various government grants and subvention with MOH and AIC.

9. Propose continuous improvements through development on new or existing policies in the organization.
