Job Descriptions

• Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and propose learning solutions within the training budget to align with both individual and organizational objectives.
• Design and update L&D programmes including creating presentations, manuals and e-learning materials.
• Conduct training workshops and other learning activities across various functional areas, both on-site and online.
• Provide coaching and advice to department OJT trainers on programme implementation. Coordinate and liaise with external L&D providers as needed.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in L&D with proven expertise in workforce upskilling, curriculum/program review and policy assessment, will be considered.
• Confident and possess excellent communication skills.
