Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the electrical design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authority and Client’s approval.
• Preparation of electrical design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects.
• Participation in design progress and design coordination meetings.
• Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval on projects.
• Responsible for the design review of the electrical services.
• Participation in design review meetings and workshops.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design development for foundation system, deep excavation, tunneling and/ or land reclamation works under supervision of a team leader.
• Responsible for analysis and design of geotechnical and structural elements.
• Assist team leader to liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors for the design development
• Review soil profile and perform geotechnical design calculation for preliminary studies.

Qualifications

Meet the requirements:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred
• Possess accreditation by SILA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience and 3 years of landscape architect experience in Singapore
• Knowledgeable in Greenery requirement by local agencies such as Nparks and PUB.
• Experience in PUB ABC waters will be preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently
• Good knowledgeable in the use of REVIT, Sketch-up

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties for MEP Works including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
• Manage the MEP Works taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
• Leading and coaching junior staff in delivery of services, including checking on the works done by junior staff
• Collaborate and develop good relationship with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
• Attend meetings and site inspections when required
• Comply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practice
• Establish client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
