We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Job Title: Senior/Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement

· Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking,

industry events, and online research.

· Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product o

offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

· Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

• Sales Cycle Management

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline

management in the sales system.

• Product Knowledge

· Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer

inquiries and support in the meetings.

• Reporting

· Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of

improvement and provide regular reports to management.

• Collaboration and Follow-up

· Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer

experience.

· Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.

Qualification/Experience:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
• Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.

Job Description:

This is both a client-facing and Power BI Development role, developing dashboards for clear, actionable insights.

• Visit clients and prospects to discuss their business requirements and understand their data visualization needs.
• Design and develop interactive, and user-friendly Power BI reports, and dashnoards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualization solutions for decision making.
• Optimize and maintain existing reports, dashboards.
• Provide training and provide post implementation support to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a data and business intelligence role, with a focus on Power BI.
• Good understanding of DAX and M (Power Query) languages, as well as data modeling and ETL techniques.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Onboard new candidates and introduce them to others staffs in the company.
• Offboarding upon resignation of staff, find out the reason for leaving the company
• Application & Renewal of employment pass & work permit for few foreign employees.
• Manage outsource employees’ contract renewal(every 2 years)
• Manage CRM Leave portal.
• Administer employee benefits, such as insurance policies e.g. medical, hospitalization, travel.
• Working closely with our Financial Controller on staff management.
• Organize and hosting employee event annually.
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates for the organization.
• Submission of government paid maternity / childcare leaves.
• Assist accountants in monthly billings.
