As a part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the Analyst/ Specialist will report in to the Manager of Sales & Marketing (LIG) and be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Tied Distribution channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base. This role will also manage an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program “AIA Workplace Wellbeing” to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market.

In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and implement growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with multiple parties including Customer & Digital Marketing, Agency Management, Technology, including Group Agency and Group Corporate Solutions offices to drive Life in Group opportunities for the AIA Tied Distribution channel.
• Create new and multiple (onsite and digital) access strategies for AIA Consultants to engage the employees and dependant of AIA Corporate Customers for cross-sell opportunities of Life insurance
• Develop targeted digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with Customer & Digital Marketing to define briefs, communications plan, deliverables, and creative strategy, consider all key strategic inputs to deliver activation and testing plan, so as to achieve higher LIG penetration for AIA Corporate Accounts
• Work with internal parties (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Middle Office etc) to identify corporate accounts with significant number of employees from various distribution channel to develop campaigns/initiatives to gain access to the customer base.
• Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular reports, providing actionable insights and communicate opportunities for LIG adoption, such as weekly monitoring of LIG events created, conversion of business, value of new business generated etc.
• Influence the life product mix sold by agents at onsite/webinars events by working with Marketing to develop sales materials and collaborate with Agency Management to develop sales incentives.
• Work with AIA Premier Academy to develop best practise training program in Life in Group.
• Collaborate with Agency Management at working level with the Cluster Senior Directors of Agencies and BDMs to communicate and promote new LIG initiatives across the AIA Tied Distribution

Job Description:

· Work directly with 1 of the company's C-level Executives to support all aspects of their daily work routine, keeping the advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

50% of time is spent on this role:

· Plan, organize and manage Tied Distribution events to motivate, reward and support TD. Events include recognition events, meetings, seminars and incentive trips. Events should be successfully executed to ensure that the agents will want to attend subsequently and for events that requires qualification, the agents should be motivated to continue to qualify annually on a recurring basis.

· Provide marketing support for TD challenges and initiatives. This include ensuring timely delivery of the sales & marketing collaterals and ensure eDMs are sent out promptly to promote the events. To work with in-house graphic designer on eDMs as much as possible to reduce design costs.

· To continuously learn and adapt to the new technological tools required e.g sharepoint to store and use the iKNOW site and FB Group to promote events.

· Support team mates on bigger scale events such as Annual Agency Awards, Recognition Microsite, Studio Photo Shoot and filming or as required.

· Other responsibilities include organizing ad-hoc events, if required.

40% of time is spent on this role

· Pre-administrative work such as TPM, liaising with security, technology, compliance, risk, procurement & legal is required when appointing vendors.

· Sourcing, evaluating and appointing external service providers such as emcs, production houses, vendors, photographers, videographers, creative agencies for event set up, logistical issues, etc. E.g backdrop, av equipment, public liabilities insurance, photo shoot, banquet set up. Ensure that the vendors meet the expectation set up in the requirements and are accountable to the deliverables of the event needed. This involves getting quotations and raising tenders, if required.

10% of time is spent on this role

· Raising purchase orders, complete goods received on Ariba.

· Compile, close and review the event expenses. To track each events expense and work within the budget given. Follow up with credit and debit, if required and non-cash incentives to be submitted to finance

Requirements:

· Education – Diploma, Degree or equivalent

· Experience – 2 to 3 years experience in marketing, events planning and social media marketing is an advantage

· Certifications/licenses – Experience or background in the insurance industry is preferred

About the Role Looking for a strong candidate able to follow through end-to-end on sales challenges strategy, design, communication and fulfilment. This role has a direct impact on the company's performance and exposure to senior stakeholders. Agency Sales Challenges Work with cross-functional team (Sales, Communication, Events & Strategy) to Design, develop and execute the agency sales challenges. Prepare business proposals and models for financial projections. Craft the communication plan for each incentive with keynote, pitch book, and other materials. Execute the Sales challenges (e.g. vendor selection/onboarding, drive activities and fulfillment of sales challenges). Provide observation and recommendations for justification for all challenges launched based on historical data analysis and key objective of the campaign. Provide insights and evaluation on Sales challenge effectiveness and communicate them with senior shareholders (Chief Distribution Officer, Senior Directors of Agencies, etc.). Projects Work with other business units within and across the division to support and present analytics and findings on Agency segmentation, demographics, productivity, and income. Develop tools, frameworks, and SOPs to improve and streamline internal processes. R equirements At least 5 of experience preferably in Agency channel management for Life insurance business Strong business acumen skills with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations. Strong modelling skills and ability to analysis historical data to provide insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx is a plus Knowledge of life insurance industry Self-learner and hands on to trouble shoot and problem solved challenges. Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies/challenges with Tied Distribution force and internal senior stakeholders.
