• Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality standards & regulatory requirements are complied.

• Preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
• Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in project management, handling ACMV within construction industry
• Good project management skills including manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more.

Information

Working hours : Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Company Transport : Various MRT stations

Basic salary : $3,000 - $4,000

Allowance : $6 per day of meal allowance, $8 per day of transport allowance (if never take company transport)

Responsibilities:

• Provide products training to distributors and customers
• Guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
• Provide service report and recommend spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/certificates in Engineering with relevant experience in construction machinery industry.
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
