Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Advisory & Risk Management

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts: including but not limited to dealer/distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, procurement contracts, service agreements, tenancy agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure that all business practices comply with local and international laws, rules, regulations, and industry guidelines. Stay updated on evolving regulations that impact the Group’s operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and communicate potential legal risks. Provide strategic recommendations to minimize legal exposure and protect the Group's interests.
• Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Advise on dispute management and lead the Group’s response to legal actions or claims, managing litigation and negotiations to a successful resolution.
• Intellectual Property (IP) and Proprietary Information: Oversee and manage the Group’s IP portfolio, ensuring robust protection and administration of trademarks, patents, and proprietary information.

2. Contracts & Compliance Management

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Administer and track key agreements with principals, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Corporate Governance: Draft and review corporate documents, including shareholder and board resolutions, to ensure legal soundness and alignment with business objectives.
• Compliance Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs in line with regulatory requirements and data protection, anti-money laundering (AML), and business ethics.
• Training and Education: Design and deliver training sessions for staff on relevant legal issues such as compliance with personal data protection laws, AML, and the Group’s code of conduct to promote a culture of legal awareness and ethical behavior.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Management

• Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard the Group’s intellectual property rights, ensuring proper registration, maintenance, and defense of trademarks, patents, and other proprietary assets.
• Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as PDPA), developing policies to manage personal data in line with best practices and legal obligations.
• Confidentiality & Proprietary Information: Develop and enforce protocols to protect the confidentiality of sensitive business information and proprietary data.

4. Leadership & External Counsel Management

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver sound legal advice aligned with the Group’s business goals. Provide leadership and guidance to junior legal staff and support other departments in legal matters.
• External Counsel: Manage relationships with external legal counsel, ensuring that outsourced legal work is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the Group’s goals.

5. Strategic Support & Business Initiatives

• Business Support: Provide legal input on business strategies, partnerships, joint ventures, and new business initiatives, ensuring that the legal perspective is integral to business decision-making.
• Tender & Fleet Sales Support: Assist in legal aspects of fleet sales and tender processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Regional Support: Provide legal guidance for the Group’s international ventures ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing cross-border legal issues.

6. Other Duties

• Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned by Management to support the Group’s legal and strategic objectives.

Key Competencies:

• Legal Expertise: Strong background in corporate, commercial, and contract law, with a proven ability to navigate complex legal frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic legal insights that drive business outcomes while mitigating risks.
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with external partners, customers, and legal professionals to secure favorable outcomes for the Group.
• Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and managing legal risks to safeguard the Group’s interests.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead legal teams, collaborate with senior management, and communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution; admission to the Singapore Bar or an equivalent jurisdiction is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in commercial law, ideally within a multinational corporation or law firm, with exposure to commercial law, contract negotiation, and compliance.
• Experience in managing external legal counsel and overseeing regional legal matters in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulations, including compliance, IP, and data protection laws.

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee cash management, bank loans, and intercompany lending.

· Support stakeholders with FX and trade finance matters.

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FATCA.

· Prepare weekly consolidated cash flow forecasts for short- and medium-term needs.

· Assist with the preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions.

· Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements.

· Support audit processes by preparing necessary bank and director confirmations.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and annual financial statements in line with group standards.

· Coordinate with Legal on banking agreements and negotiate terms with banks.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent

· Min 3-5 years relevant working experience

· Good knowledge/experience in treasury is a bonus.

Job Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the preparation of reports required by principal and internal stakeholders.
• Be responsible on minutes taking and timely submission.
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on related matters (e.g. Finance, Human Resource Department, etc.)
• To be in-charge of ensuring documents are being submitted timely with compliance to principal and company guidelines.
• Taking ownership of tracking Work in Progress status, follow up and update status to HOD.
• Preparation of the WIP summary for monthly meeting.
• To be familiar with warranty processes and ensure company adhere to warranty policies and guidelines.
• Ensure all repair orders and invoices are kept in order.

To play a key role in the marketing aspects for the Car brand in Singapore and increasing brand and product awareness through developing strategies that match customer / prospects requirements to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers.

Supporting role in establishing the marketing strategy for the dealership

• Assist in developing a consistent marketing strategy and planning based on agreed target audience with Dealer principal and Marketing Manager
• Ensure agreed action plans are implemented accordingly to achieve short and long-term marketing objectives for the dealership

We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas to a high level of execution through visual representations in both print and electronic media. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing creating or finding the right style/layout for every project.

Objectives of this role

1. Work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

2. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines. Stay within budgets and timelines base on project briefs which may include 5 or more simultaneous projects.

3. Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

4. Update and maintain internal database for designs, photography and video.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentation decks, design collaterals, signages and marketing materials.

2. Develop design ideas determining the ideal usage of color, texts, imagery and layout.

3. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials base on best practices or cost-effective way.

4. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.

5. To work closely with the Creative Director and Creative team.

Required skills and qualifications
