Role and Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and assist in daily operation of the M&E services, such as carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and up-keep of the estate's common area
• To perform weekly check on the estate's M&E system, including minor troubleshooting on failure of systems
• To carry out minor troubleshoot on any failure on the M&E systems
• To maintain a proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials purchase
• To respond to ad-hoc complaints received from the Management office from time to time
• To respond and attend to all emergency calls, and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of M&E equipment within the estate's common area
• To ensure that service contractor conduct the servicing properly and in accordance to the service contract
• To follow external contractors that is at site to carry out routine servicing
• To attend to any other job function on M&E related issues that may be assigned from time to time
• To carry out minor items of repair and handyman job, such as repair of fixtures / fittings and touch up painting

Requirements:-

• GCE O Level / NTC 2/3 or Nitec / HigherNitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain documents both physically and digitally. For examplet: Project File, Risk assessment file, Tracking file, Invoice preparation.
• Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems. Key in duty roster into spreadsheet and upload to HR system. Assist to tally data, highlight if any incorrect data.
• General Support: Arrangement and tracking of uniforms. Assist various departments with administrative tasks as required.
• Communication Support: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Good in organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in basic office software and tools
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities

• Skilled in installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems.
• Perform regular maintenance work on ACMV systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on Cooling Tower Systems.
• Ability to carry out chiller parameter readings.
• Perform troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions. Ability to diagnose error codes is an advantage.
• Install, replace, or repair spare parts that has been damaged.
• Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls, if necessary to optimize equipment performance.
• Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors. Perform chemical cleaning/overhaul on Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Air Handling Units (AHU)
• Able to perform troubleshooting on ACMV Control Panels.
• Detail oriented, especially in the preparation of service reports.R
• Required to drive the Company van for servicing.

Role and Responsibilities

1. In-charge of daily reception duties i.e. attend to all walk-in guests and incoming calls.

2. Manage list, spreadsheets/records and updates, such as:-

- Employee database

- Regular update of InfoTech system for newly hired staff personal details

3. Do coordination of interview arrangements

- Submit online job postings, schedule job interviews

- providing forms to fill up for applicant interview

- make a photocopy of necessary documents for the applicants

4. In-charge of NEWLY Joined Staff on-boarding

5. Coordination of Staff Work Pass RENEWAL

6. Carry out other assigned admin duties as:-

- Follow up management on evaluation form that HR send to management for staff confirmation

- Managing of training related documents, including filing and coordination with staff to attend course and collect certificates.

- Coordination with insurance – work injury related docs from staff and hospital

- Update contact list details for staff and clients

- managing of newsletter
