Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the overall commercial and risk management with the bank’s external third-party vendors. To meet increasing business demands, the SCM team is looking for a candidate with strong experience in sourcing / procurement with a specific expertise in aAuctions (with a preference for Reverse eAuctions), and the gravitas to engage stakeholders within business function to support key priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible driving the adoption of auctioning capabilities and influencing and executing sourcing activities through auctions in collaboration with the SCM Category Management capability as well as various business functions and related support teams and must be able to demonstrate excellence in driving favourable commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for benefits tracking and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Develop the eAuction capability within Supply Chain Management, including:
• Enhancing existing processes to embed eAuction Capability
• Integrate eAuction thinking into the SCM community
• Identify Priority Reverse Auction opportunities from in-flight Sourcing Engagements
• Drive the execution of eAuctions by supporting Global Category Management and embedding the approach into the Global Category Strategies.
• Liaise with the business functions leads to produce a needs assessment that is aligned to their business plans

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure the intrinsic business value of the eAuction approach is communicated and understood by the business functions and the SCM department.
• Provides guidance on the SCM eAuction process, system, and benefits.
• Assist stakeholders in achieving their strategic objectives through the deployment of eAuctioning.

Project Management

• Identifies and mitigates risks that would impact the overall success/failure of eAuctioning.
• Ensures eAuction supported sourcing projects are prioritized and delivered against agreed timelines
• Supports, leads and executes sourcing initiatives supported by eAuctioning.
• Implements regular category eAuction reviews with Global Category management leads, to ensure all stakeholder requests are being owned

Cross Functional Engagement

• Work in a highly effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) team that will deliver commercial agreements that exceed stakeholder and client expectation.
• Keeps open channels of communication to ensure high level of engagement
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Engages functions and businesses in collaboration with Global Category Management to enhance awareness of the eAuction process.

Risk Management

• Assist in effective governance and controls for the eAuction engagement process.
• Supports the business functional vendor management teams in day 2 supplier matters
• Operate in compliance with mandated sourcing processes, policies, and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor/Master Degree with 5 years’ experience in Procurement
• eAuction practitioner
• Possess strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with peers and senior stakeholders across multiple regions
• Agile and comfortable with dealing with complex datasets
• Effective verbal and written presentation and exceptional communication skills
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Litigation/Disputes

• Advising on and managing employment litigation/disputes
• Liaising with external legal counsel regarding the strategic approach to employment law disputes, critically assessing advice received and tailoring this to the business/organisation
• Co-ordinating disclosure process during employment litigation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that disclosure obligations are complied with
• Co-ordinating witness statement aspect of employment litigation, ensuring statements are tailored to the business/organisation
• Collaborating with the corporate communications team to manage reputational risk
• Identifying and analysing opportunities for settlement and advising Human Resources (HR), Employee Relations (ER) and/or business stakeholders on settlement strategy
• Preparing and negotiating settlement terms

Advisory

• Advising on and managing employment issues, including investigations, accountability reviews, material disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, redundancies, restructures and contentious exits
• Managing relevant stakeholders and providing accurate and timely updates regarding the status of disputes or issues
• Advice and best practice guidance on regulatory issues affecting staff, particularly relating to remuneration and assisting with drafting and/or reviewing of contentious regulated references
• Advising on employment law aspects of HR policy or strategy projects, and co-ordinating advice from other members of the Employment Law team or external counsel
• Advising on and participating in consultation on internal policies and procedures
• Advising on Group-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives and/or comms
• Supporting the HR/ER team and other relevant stakeholders through legal and best practice updates
• Occasional support for M&A integration, including advice on staff consultation obligations and restructuring

Processes

• Providing relevant stakeholders with accurate and timely information regarding the status of HR disputes and ER issues
• Reviewing internal policies and procedures
• Advising on employment contracts and maintaining global templates
• Advising and best practice guidance on regulatory issues affecting staff, particularly relating to remuneration
• Participating in global and local HR projects
• Collaborating with the eDiscovery & Data Advisory team to improve the Bank’s approach to data subject access requests
• Providing occasional support for M&A integration, including advice on staff consultation obligations and restructuring
• Reviewing external counsel/supplier quotes and costs and ensure payment of invoices

Requirements

• Good organisational skills in order to manage multiple matters and stakeholders at the same time. Being able to pivot as priorities change is essential.
• Strong analytical skills to review background facts and identify the key legal issues raised by the employment dispute or issue. You will often be advising in real time as matters are unfolding so must be comfortable with ambiguity and confident taking a pragmatic approach as more information becomes available.
• Excellent communication skills and succinct written style, with the ability to match your tone and level of detail to your audience.
• Strategic mindset, recognising the wider organisational, commercial or regulatory impact that a matter may have beyond the immediate set of facts.
• Disciplined approach towards timelines and tracking all steps required in order to manage matters and implement a strategic approach while keeping stakeholders updated.

Qualifications

• University degree in law or other university degree plus law conversion from an accredited law school
• Relevant practising certificate
• Ideally at least 3+ years PQE experience
• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams proficient

Experience in:

• Employment litigation
• Drafting and advising on employment contracts and policies
• Advising on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy/restructure and termination of employment
• Employee data privacy issues (preferred)
• Regulatory issues affecting staff, particularly remuneration (preferred)

We are searching for a TWD - Trading Wind Down, Business Analyst to join Finance department in Singapore who shall be responsible for managing and executing analysis activity and documentation within Trade Wind Down project for the Exit Strategy and Exit Cost workstream. The BA will support the Requirements Management, Design, Documentation, and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Excellent analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems are essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supports the Delivery of Exit Strategy and Exit Cost workstream as part of TWD.
• Supports the information gathering, analysis and documentation of the ‘Current’ state where required.
• Prepares the documentation to be submitted to model validation team for review.
• Coordinates and manage the design and documentation for the project.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and resolves stakeholder conflict.
• Identifies and analyses complex problems involving the wider team; generates feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; leads brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems.

Job Description

The Bid Specialist’s core responsibilities are to manage prospective clients’ formal requests for proposals from receipt to submission, with support and partnership with the Senior Bid Manager. The role involves engaging subject matter experts across the business and writing compelling responses to help accelerate the growth of Allegis Global Solutions. The role involves operating as a business partner with Business Development, Operations, and Finance partners across the region and globe on large workforce solutions opportunities in the talent management industry.

The Bid Specialist role is customer-focused and able to successfully manage all facets of the proposal process under tight deadlines, including project management, response writing, stakeholder management, editing/proofing, document production, and quality control. The Bid Specialist should quickly grasp win themes, developed in partnership with Business Development, Solutions, and Operations, and compellingly articulate these in writing for an external audience.

Responsibilities

• Project managing the bid process from RFx receipt through to submission to ensure a consistently high-quality end product in line with client requirements and AGS strategy
• Writing proposals and related documentation for AGS workforce solutions product offerings
• Shaping opportunity win themes through collaboration with business development, solutions, and operations from pre-tender receipt through to the negotiation stage
• Collaborating with the pitch development team to (or, where they are not assigned; directly) manage and build pitch decks based on proposal content and requirements
• Championing specific customer needs during bid development sessions, pitch deck development, and the bid process generally
• Working with key stakeholders to build a compelling, differentiated offer
• Ensuring client-facing output adheres to corporate visual brand and general high-quality standards
• Facilitating gate and proposal development calls
• Actively participating in the development of new solutions and proposal ideas
• Peer reviewing and feeding back on other team members’ RFxs
• Managing production, distribution, and control of documents
• Maintaining and enhancing the proposal response database (Qvidian)
• Documenting own bid activity (in outline) through the Salesforce CRM system.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field, ideally from a reputable University.
• 2-4 years of proposal/tender writing experience or skills working within Sales Support - Bids, Other Bid/Proposal type tole, Tender Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, Recruitment etc.
• Open to candidates who have transferrable skills, excellent communication skills in writing and stakeholder management, and are interested in a career in Bid Management, with an awesome leader/mentor!
• Native or high fluency levels in written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure toward deadlines with support from your Senior Bid Manager
• Highly organized working method, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with, and coordinate input from a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High levels of grammatical, spelling, and formatting accuracy
