Objectives of this role

• Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures.
• Develop objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources.
• Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed and methods, equipment and personnel used.
• Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
• Record and analyse organisations’ work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related field required.
• Previous experience in business consulting preferred.
• Certification as management consultant is a plus.
• Strong research and data collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with a wide range of business management software such as business invoicing programs, word processing programs, CRM, database, and asset management software.
