About The Role

As a Procurement Executive / Senior Executive in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Working in a team, you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. You will also communicate closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patients’ care.

The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the procurement policy and governance function in Group Strategic Procurement Office.
• Assist in the continuous development by conducting revisions and improvement of procurement manuals, directives, advisories, templates, checklists etc.
• Develop and maintain the company's procurement governance framework, striking an optimal balance between governance and operations efficiency .
• Manage and implement Control Self-Assessment (CSA) on a quarterly basis; covering procurement process, contract management and logistics.

As Assistant Manager/Manager, Procurement in ALPS, you will be based at hospital, assist the site lead, supervise a team and work closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patient’s care.

• Coach and mentor the procurement team in executing the various Tenders/Request for proposals/Quotations to achieve Department KPI.

As an Executive, you will be responsible for leading, executing projects and supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities.
