• Providing technical support to SAP users, resolving any technical issues that arise and providing guidance on the use of SAP systems
• Monitoring the performance of SAP systems and takes steps to optimize their performance, such as implementing new hardware or reconfiguring existing systems
• Responsible for managing user access to SAP systems, including setting up and maintaining user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and monitoring user activity

Requirements

This role will be a member of the ERP implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design and implement technology best practice. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and manage escalations.
• Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Design and develop solutions for critical business processes in ERP Manufacturing Suite and Business Intelligence analytical reports.
• Lead user requirements gathering and analysis. Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering.
• Perform feasibility studies to identify areas for automation. Document application architectural design, AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, functions, technical design, application setup, configuration, test scenarios, system testing, issue logging, root cause analysis and resolution, and provide deliverable updates to management.
• Translate user requirements into user specifications (functional & technical).
• Develop test plans and scripts.
• Conduct testing on developed functionalities to ensure compliance with user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements.
• Lead user training and user acceptance testing. Provide periodic project progress reports to the reporting manager.
• Handle issue resolution in accordance with SLA.
  Understand and comply with company policy and procedure, ITGC (Governance Control), and SOX requirements.
• Analyze business process issues and inefficiencies, and provide sound business solutions based on ERP (Oracle) standard capability and functionality.

Qualification:

• Minimum 7 years in high-tech manufacturing, with at least one full implementation cycle in Oracle Fusion (Finance).
• 2-3 years of hands-on project management and related experience.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience with Scrum agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FUSION (functionality, architecture, RICE objects, etc.).
• Prior migration experience with Oracle FUSION is a plus.
• Technical competency and experience in setups.
• Integration experience with Oracle FUSION.
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycles.
• Experience in Oracle Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Inventory, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Cost Management, Engineering, and Quality modules. Experience in SCM (PO, INV, OM), Distribution & Service Suite; Oracle Reports, Forms, XML, Workflow, OAF, APEX, etc.; Data Extraction and Migration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.

- Functional Specifications: Develop functional specifications for customizations and system enhancements.

- Testing: Design test strategies, plans, and scripts; perform functional testing.

- Configuration: Configure SAP FICO modules to align with client needs.

- Support: Provide user support and training during and post-implementation.

- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

- System Enhancement: Lead system upgrades and enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

- 5-6 years of SAP FICO experience.

- Domain experience of 2 years (preferred but not required).

- Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO modules.

i. Finance Functional Lead handling all the Oracle ERP Fusion cloud modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)

ii. Oracle Fusion Implementation of atleast 3 projects covering all the finance modules

iii. Strong Finance Functional expertise

iv. Strong experience on P2P - Procure 2 Pay.

v. Minimum of 5 years of functional lead/functional consultant experience in ERP Fusion.

vi. Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 7 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support, with a good expertise/experience specific to Singapore Payroll.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM data model, configuration settings, and integration points.
• Handle configurations of HCM (OM, PA, Time and Payroll) independently
• Experience with SAP payroll processing, including payroll schema configuration, wage type maintenance, and payroll control records.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation and support of SAP HR, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HR to users.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

1) Resource with experience in Oracle EPM FCC and PBC implementations

2) Experience of atleast 4 implementations and be able to act as Senior Consultant and Lead the design and implementation

3) Experience in business rules, data integration with source system via EPM Integration is mandatory

4) Experience in developing groovy is good.
