The role of a Supply Chain Product Architect is focused on implementing Anaplan’s Supply Chain Planning Applications. It involves understanding our client’s business requirements and translating that into functional configuration in the software solution. Adept at understanding planning functions and how they are used, the successful candidates will be natural at thinking like an “end-user” of enterprise applications, and driving high usability for efficient and optimal system use.

You will have deep Anaplan model building experience as the models used in our applications are complex and often require extending as part of an implementation. Your experience should include development within Anaplan. As you will be interfacing with the client’s team, this role demands candidates with excellent interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.

You must be able to communicate fluently in English to be considered for this role.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

• Working closely with the Supply Chain Delivery Lead to gather client’s business requirements and creating a corresponding set of functional specifications, to be documented for client’s approval.
• Analysing client data and master data to assess suitability to meet the requirements and advise the client on any implications to their proposed planning process.
• Modifying the Supply Chain Applications (Anaplan model building), to support the client’s functional requirements, including updating data integrations and the user interface.
• Developing user training documentation of the client’s solution.
• Conducting solution validation and testing of the application, ensuring zero defects.
• Providing solution demonstrations to clients of their solution.  Providing solution training to the client’s key users on the application.
• Provide input to Product Management on application improvements based on customer feedback.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• 3+ years of Anaplan model building experience, working with complex models. (Anaplan hands-on skills mandatory)
• Strong skills and experience in the use of planning and modelling technology solutions within supply chain planning.
• Experience with data integration approaches to Anaplan is essential to be considered
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for getting hands-on with the technology, being highly curious about its use, and the ability to ramp up skills rapidly.  Experience in agile project delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with sales leadership and the global sales enablement team to define sales enablement priorities and build, deploy and track enablement programs
• Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.
• Create, edit and approve content to educate the sales team to advance deals with development of use case studies, competitive information, persona understanding and custom work.
• Train sales team on best use of sales enablement materials, sales tools, onboarding and product updates

Anaplan is looking for a highly driven and dynamic Senior Customer Success Business Partner (CSBP) to join the Customer Success team in Singapore. The CSBP will be primarily responsible for the successful deployment, enablement, adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor for customers, the CSBP will work alongside our Partners and Professional Services team to drive customer outcomes and ensure Anaplan delivers high ROI. Your Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of work experience in customer success, presales or management consulting in Enterprise performance management (EPM) or Supply chain planning or Enterprise Planning & Analytics space.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, with focus on business, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain or related field. MBA or a Chartered accountant qualification is a plus.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with an ability to interact with C suite and other stakeholders in a consultative manner
• Value delivery: Familiarity with value-selling and delivering value outcomes. Ability to do discovery with customers to identify business needs and challenges with large enterprise.
• Business process: Experience understanding, translating, and optimizing client processes is a plus.

Solution Architect - Consolidation

The overall scope of your position will include, but will not be limited to:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales and presales organization with sales activities – specifically performing scoping sessions, creating project estimates and SOWs and communicating requirements related to implementation projects to prospects
• Partner Enablement: Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to partners as they implement Anaplan’s Consolidation solution to customers.
• Implementations: Support the implementation activities of the Consolidation software solutions for clients and partners, as required. The activities required to implement the software will include (but are not limited to)Working with clients to define their functional and technical requirements and provide best practice guidance.
  Configure the Consolidation model to address the client’s requirements.
  Assist the client with the mapping and loading of required financial data into the Consolidation application.
  Participate in the testing of the client solution once configuration and data loading has been completed.
  Provide post Go Live support when they commence using the Consolidation solution in a live environment (as per SOW)
  
• Implementation Methodology: Work with the Professional Services team to develop and document implementation methodology, customizing it for different regions, as required.
• Support production customers as required in conjunction with the Support organization.
• Product Support: As required, assist the product management and development organizations with testing new releases of the Consolidation software products.
• Learning Support: Act as subject matter expert and reviewer of online learning content.

You may have up to 30 accounts in a defined geographic territory, mostly ‘greenfield’ accounts with several existing Anaplan customers.
