Job Requirements

• At least 15 years relevant experience in logistics industry;
• At least 10 years relevant experience in company management position;
• Extensive knowledge of the industry trends;
• Strong ability to implement desired framework, policies and guidelines for the Company;
• High proficiency in Business level Japanese skill (both written and spoken) to negotiate with Japan Headquarter, group companies and shareholders;
• Team player and ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties;
• Excellent commincation skills;
• Execellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
• Time management skills

Job Description

• Support the CEO in executing Company policies and management plans;
• Assess risks and work with CEO and directors to develop appropriate management plans to meet the long-term and short-term goals of the Company;
• Research on and maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the markets and industry in the target countries;
• Coordinate with the local team, the group companies and various stakeholders;
• Report to parent company in Japan, and execute business strategies as required;
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
• Review business statistics and formulate appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results;
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
• Any other duties, as required by the business needs of the Company

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years relevant experience in logistics/supply chain industry;
• Records of successful distribution and logistics management;
• Proficiency in standard logistics software;
• Strong ability to execute desired framework, policies and guidelines for the Company;
• High proficiency in Business level Japanese skill (both written and spoken) to report to parent company in Japan, and liaise with group companies and shareholders;
• Team player and ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties;
• Excellent commincation skills;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
